IT IS ABOUT THAT TIME TO BEGIN OUR WONDERFUL YEAR TOGETHER!!!

"LET'S GO, TEAM DALE!"

A MESSAGE FROM THE PRINCIPAL:

Dear Dale Avenue Parents & Families,

It is with great pride and excitement that I write this letter of introduction to you as the Principal of Dale Avenue!  I am honored to have the opportunity to lead a school with such a rich tradition that has set a strong foundation and produced so many outstanding students around the city of Paterson.

My main goal is to ensure that every student is provided the highest quality of education possible in a caring, safe and supportive learning environment.  Working together as a team with our staff and parents, I am committed to helping each student achieve their very best.  Every student is valued and worthy of our best effort!

I am very passionate about the early childhood years as most of my teaching and administrative years have been working with students and staff within this age group.  This is an important and critical time for learning.   What happens during these few short years will have a lasting impression on their development and growth.  My hope is that we help all students develop a love for education, a love for reading, and an overall love for learning!

There have been many changes at Dale Avenue, nevertheless our new team members, “The Dale Avenue Champions”, are eager and excited to begin what promises to be the best year ever!

As your Principal, it is important to me that everyone who steps through our doors—teachers, students and parents—are excited to be here! This attitude enables us to meet the challenges of academic excellence in a positive, fun and nurturing environment.  My door is always open and I welcome your input. Please feel free to stop in, call or email me to discuss any concerns, suggestions or ideas to help make this the best year yet!

I am truly honored to be the educational leader of such an awesome school!

Enjoy the rest of your summer…see you soon!

Sincerely,

Principal Neal
